In Shreds #5

In Shreds #5

Due to my laziness it’s been a while since the last In Shreds, which Fletch from Blog Cabins successfully answered, correctly guessing all three posters; Babylon A.D, American History X and Dune. However, no one got the bonus point for correctly guessing the link: the directors of all three films were so unhappy with the final product, they each wanted to remove their names from the films credits (In Dune’s case, director David Lynch even opted to use the infamous alias of discontent “Alan Smithee” for the credits).

If you don’t know by now, In Shreds is the weekly game where I “shred together” 3 movie posters. To help promote more participation, I have decided to change the scoring system.  Now there is 1 point for each film correctly guessed , and a bonus 1 point if you can spot what all three films have in common. This way there is 4 points each week to give away.  As always, I have removed obvious title words from the posters to make it a bit more of a challenge.

I guess I’m in the giving mood this week, with Christmas around the corner and all, because this week’s In Shred’s is possbily the easiest yet!
